Yeah noah was a net + so far this season but seeing the knicks play these 2 games, the problem starts to show. Spacing.

I thinks nba team scouted our offensive and defensive tendencies real quick

Lineups with KP at the 5 had the WORST defensive efficiency in the NBA coming into this game. The lineup played well tonight, but we need to see this happen consistently.

It's matchup dependent. Noah needs to start against the prime time post centers. But KP needs to play the 5 more often than he is with melo at the 4. It opens up everything and you saw Melo playing good defense again at the 4.

Melo...pass the ball bro. You can get yours at any point when it inevitably comes to you at the end of the clock. Courtney Lee needs more shots in the first and he can't get them if you're pounding the rock.

He was like 2/10 you better have 18 boards.

When they double the perimeter and sag off Noah, that tells you what they believe he brings to the offense. He's no threat. He should be attacking the rim if opposing players sag off you.

Only thing that worries me able KP at the 5 is defense. I doubt that he could contain DMC or big men of that caliber

Smothering defense wins games. Who knew??

Also, loved seeing KP at the 5 and Melo at the 4....however, Noah will definitely be needed next game, so let's not get ahead of ourselves. This was the best game to sit him for match up reasons, but this won't work all the time. Patience.

Justin Holiday lit the Garden up.

Great comeback. Great win!

Good second half by Melo after a first half that turned green bananas rotten

we would be really good on offense, like top 5 maybe. The only problem is rebounding and wing depth.

We didn't rebound when Noah was playing either. Noah doesn't even box out anymore and doesn't challenge guys in the paint.

Noah ain't that big. He's 6-11, 230. There's a bunch of cheap bigs we'd probably be better off with.

People really think these olders players are goi g to change their games at this point in their careers. Melo is going to iso stop bi4ching about it. Noah has never been a goos offensive player the fact ppl even expected him to contribute on offense is ridiculous.

I really like having Lee and Holliday on the court together. Two wings that are good on defense, unselfish on offense, and can hit the shot when open.

The only thing I worry about with Holliday starting is the fact that our thin bench gets stretched even thinner. They will have to experiment more with guys like Sasha (Don't get me wrong he drives me absolutely f*cking crazy a lot of the time, but he gels well with the Euros and plays hard. As long as he doesn't go into chuck mode, I can live with it I suppose), Kuz, or Baker getting more opportunities.

I am just scared that something dumb like Lance's scrub a** will take Holliday's spot.... Which would drive me to lose it.

Force those guys to pass, send doubles and rotate hard.
