Yes I am petty

nothing else to say really.

this is the easiest season in knicks history. every site has us as a bottom three team and the 2021 draft is loaded. just play the **** kids for once and we are all gonna be happy.

We gain nothing the other team loses nothing. It’s pointless. Probably driven by the state of flux our organization remains in as new management / coaching is trying to map a plan out. As the season progresses, this likely won’t happen often unless injuries.

dakomish, ma man. will it finally be the play-the-kids-year?

We may finally see it but only b/c the kids might snatch it instead of being given all the opportunity to fail

With less than 24 hours to go, he was AWOL so I did it. He can always start one and the mods can lock this. IDFK. But if you're going to do it, then do it and don't wait until the last moment

At least this year we have legit kids that could start unlike previously trying to force scrubs to play far above their ability.

Thank you for your support for my thread starting abilities. Please direct all your anger after the loss to the OP for ruining the undefeated streak.

Just start a new game thread and then ask the mods to lock this one.

Don't throw this offer back in my face

So go start a thread and get this locked and I'm totally OK with that.

Problem solved

And knock it off with the head hunting, especially with listing the names of other posters. You don't make what you think is a wrong right by doubling down and behaving much worse.

So fix it and stop whining

We had a 40pt blowout with Quickley starting and playing big minutes. I hope he learns that that isn't an acceptable result around these parts.

Work something out with He's on fire to start a new game thread and lock this one up please. I don't need this kind of aggravation

I know, I know. Real games now. Thibs is going to play it old school and will keep a tight hold on the reins of the young kids ... unless they "strive and thrive."

RJ averaged the most minutes played , most points scored and started every game and you think the young guy to only be in the starting lineup is Mitch?
You don’t think Burks or Bullocks are here to space for RJ?

So, neighbor and good friend calls up:

"Listen, our 2nd fridge went out, food got the point we have to cook it, so come on down around 5, I'm going to have a big cook up"

Me:
"Sounds good"

And then I realized. This guy is into football, but not basketball, not a NYC sports fan - Pittsburg area fan - and may not be into watching the game.

It's a conundrum.

I'll will have to make him drink excessively and then convince him it's a good idea to bring up crackstreams on his TV or Xbox browser.

Still sucks when I'll then have to defend/explain to a non Knick fan exactly how and why the Knicks suck, why it would be better if that Elf guy wasn't playing, who Elf actually is, why Elf sucks, why I keep calling Randle "spin cycle", how Quickley would be a better fit, how when Quickley misses his first 4 shots that he's a rookie, that the other rookie Obi is pretty good even though he hasn't done anything but dunk, how yes, Knox looks like an Orc, and he's not that great, but he might be getting better, if only he hit those 4 three point shots he missed, you'd see. No, the Pacers aren't really that good, yes, maybe the Knicks are that bad etc etc etc.

I mean - you can save the aggrievation and just tell him it's opening night and if the game sucks he can change it but still drink a ton.
