You mofos are insane!
It’s like you guys can’t just mentally stand pat and let this thing continue to build chemistry and play out.
At this point I don’t have anyone I want off the team besides Payton and Rivers. Everyone else, I’m taking a wait and see approach.
Same, but I wouldn't be mad if we upgraded Noel.

Got to do something about the starting lineup.. looks dreadful all of a sudden.
RJ looks like he got the life sucked out of him.
Don’t want to break up the second unit but... somethings got to give

Re: KNICKS - Houston PG
The key with RJ is the continual improvement in his shooting. If he improves that part of his game in the offseason, he'll a terrific contributor. Right now, his outside game is still too shaky.

I don’t even really think a pg helps him.. he need to just improve his overall game.. can’t shoot if he’s wide open consistently.. has no burst on drives.. can’t finish

its probably going to be time to be opportunistic in trading for a good player soon...not trade from the core...add to the core.
But can't overreact to beating two horrible teams without there best players. Need to see more but the bench is a big selling point to me...its one of the best benches in the NBA.

They'll need to upgrade Burks and then Bullocks at some point, as well.
Both are decent players - some flaws, but some good things. But it's realistic to think there are players out there half again better - doesn't have to be a "star", but that's an upgrade path.
I figure through the draft, even if the Knicks are lower in the lottery. And their scouts and FO have their act together.
And even in that scenario, one or both could come back, just pushed lower or even out of the rotation, but available for depth/continuity.

Since Payton been chucking, RJ been struggling. He gon be aight. Get a shooting starting Pg we gon be aight. Bullock can’t be trusted either.

He’s playing with low confidence. When Bullock and Payton more involved than you, it takes a toll.

Ehhh.. he’s just sucking. I don’t really see Bullocks or Payton doing anything differently than they have all season and when R was in his hot zone for those few games. He just needs to improve

RJ can shoot, he can finish, he can create his own shot, he's just struggling right now.
The kid is 20 years old. He has the same even-keeled confidence as Eli Manning.
Hes going to be an assassin in a few years.

Oh - mandatory "Get Trent Jr or THT" comment here.
One of those guys into the Burks or Bullocks spot. Draft pick into the other spot.

I’m not worried. He’s done this before. Also 20!

Noel is fine and Taj is a very serviceable backup. I would use the guys not in the rotation and some picks to upgrade at SF instead of starting Bullock or a SG and move RJ to SF.
