Brunson is amazing.

Thibs should try to stagger so Donte and Deuce are on the floor when Brunson sits before he kills him

We didn’t score a lot of points when we were 2-4 at the beginning of the season either when Randle was awful.

Brunson is too good. Amazing what he can do at his size. We are lucky to have him and need to cherish every game.

that's possible. those games were pretty ugly too. even brunson didn't have it going totally back then. this feels different though. feels like there just isn't enough offensive talent on the team right now.

We’re complaining about the bench, but the starters really do fit well together now at least. It used to be the other way around, so thats something right.

I dont think we’re going to find a better fit for a starting SG than Donte on the market now. Hes not perfect of course, and his shot has been a little off the last few games which was expected to happen, but he plays so great off Brunson and Randle while still providing some ball handling, playmaking, defense, and rebounding. Very confident and obviously has a connection with Brunson. He should be playing at least 25-30 mpg.

Hartenstein can also provide more playmaking if needed. While OG has slotted in seamlessly doing his thing.

This is why I dont think someone like Dejounte is worth it unless he can be had cheap. Hes just not a good fit here or good enough to mess with the chemistry. Hed need to start and would take too much usage from Brunson. We mainly need another bench guard like Brogdon and another big, but hopefully Mitch can return.

Brunson
Donte / Brogdon
OG / Hart
Randle
Hartenstein / Mitch

There’s our 8 man playoff rotation. Then flip Brogdon later.

Quick in the second unit was a major factor. We’re seeing it.

Having 48 minutes of Mitch and Hartenstein was also important.

We also felt the lack of Josh Hart tonight. I know it’s cool to **** on him right now, but we had to go Fournier situational. We need some pieces.

he doesn't really play like a starting center. he plays more like a super energy bench big and paradoxically that makes him starter quality
