IMO, some of the battles will be settled quickly, expensively, and decisively but there are a few battlefronts where some of the teams with $$$ will be able to poach.

Jalen Suggs, Magic Agree To Five-Year, $150.5M Extension
Jalen Suggs and the Orlando Magic have agreed to a five-year, $150.5 million contract extension. Suggs, who was the No. 5 pick in the 2021 draft out of Gonzaga, joins Cade Cunningham, Jalen Green, Evan Mobley and Scottie Barnes with extensions. The Magic also previously signed Franz Wagner to an extension as the former No. 8 pick.

Magic officials negotiated the new deal with Suggs' representative, Darren Matsubara of Wasserman, holding a series of meetings in Orlando.

Last season, Suggs averaged 12.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists while also being named to the All-NBA Defensive Second Team.

Suggs and Luka! lets go!

A few times since his rookie year yeah. He's one of Paige Bueckers' homeboys so I've kept tabs on him. Last year he made a huge leap offensively.

Also, I like two way combo guards.

Alperen Sengun, Rockets Agree To Five-Year, $185M Extension
Alperen Sengun has agreed to a five-year, $185 million extension with the Houston Rockets. Sengun holds a player option for Year 5 of the deal.

Sengun was the 16th overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft.

Last season, Sengun averaged 21.1 points, 9.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists in 32.5 minutes over 63 games for the Rockets. Sengun received some consideration for an All-Star berth.

Buddy Hield- $111/3 years
Grayson Allen- $103/3 years
Jordan Clarkson- $81/1 year
Julian Strawther- $10/2 years
Georges Niang- $5/2 years

Kyle Lowry's $55/1 also available, although you'll have to wait until January to get him. Same with Grant Williams' $30/5, Isaiah Jackson's $20/4, and Obi Toppin's $20/4.

Desmond Bane's $29/3 also POTENTIALLY available, although just know I value him quite highly, especially at that contract.

It should, he improved his deep ball and his defense is pretty excellent.
