It’s gonna be KAT, Hart, one of the kids, the WAS 1st, a pick swap and a bunch of 2nds for Giannis, Portis, and filler. IMO. The Nova era will officially be ova.

The market for 4th year players who don't agree to an extension and end up in restricted free agency is typically 3 future 2nd rd picks. We saw that with Rui a couple of years ago and Quentin Grimes this past summer. In theory, the Washington 1st we have is essentially 2 2nds with a high probability of being in the 30 range. If Utah is willing to sell Kessler for this kind of value, then we can put together a compelling package. If Utah is looking for a true first or more, we can not.

Rui was a steal for only 3 2nd picks. His ideal size who can play either the 4 or 3 would help this team while bringing in the huge Asian community of fans like Linsanity had done. If Melo was not so envious of all the attention Lin was getting, they would've done far better as a team.

this is a much better idea but still we need to find a center that can both shoot and defend or play giannis at 5 if have the balls to fight the heavy bodies nights in and nights out

Just under 3 weeks to deadline. I hope something happens soon. If not getting Richards means something else is in the works then good. If we do nothing, or a meh trade like with Detroit last deadline, it will be disappointing

HOU- Simms , Dadiet

Ny gets a big young wing who athletic , defends and could get mins resting OG, Bridges , Houston gets their man in Simms and a prospect swingman in Dadiet to their young core.

NY- Kessler
UTH- Kolek, Was 1st, 4 2nds

Utah gets a haul for Kessler along with a promising prospect who will get more playing time , walker fits a big need for NY with defense and size and is young to fit into the future , losing kolek sucks but with Brunson here he won’t be getting the mins needed, easier to get a backup pg then a starting caliber center and team need (Can’t trust Mitch as his timeline keeps getting pushed over and over )

Towns, precious
OG, whitmore
Bridges, Hart
