Duren was our best player down the stretch. We needed him in there.

I thought he was the one making those put back dunks that closed the lead. But yeah, I know he made the turn over at the end.

That was after he turned the ball over on an easy jump ball. Crazy that Bickerstaff had him inbounding on that last shot, it required a precision pass in rhythm for a Cade catch and shoot, and Duren is no Jokić.

That was probably my fav JB game bc those last two makes were so crafty and KAT had registered clutch makes too

We burned all of our assets just to be a fringe second round team. There is something up here. I mean Pistons are a good team but it shouldn't be THIS hard for us to beat them.

Man it's super cool to see KAT put together these high level playoff performances so far. He's improved his game a ton these past few seasons, and this is the best he's ever looked imo. Could see a special playoff run from him this year

When we share the ball the sky is the limit for us

Even with our atrocious 3 pt defense

When KAT scores 30+ pts, we have 10000x more chances to win vs when JB scores 30+ pts imo

That was easily the biggest bull I’ve ever seen. So teams can just have the arena play around with buzzers and get possession?

On one hand I am 100% happy we got the win

This game showed that the starting 5 are legit. I wish we got something from the bench but I am not surprised Thibs played only starters in what was a must win game.

KAT is good in adversity and performs well on the road. An important trait for a star.

if no one had possession because no time went off how did the pistons get imminent possession?

if you are going to give them possession then .3 has to come off the clock as possession.

otherwise whats stopping every coach for telling his clock guy to cheat like DET tried to do.

That was 100% on purpose!

He just has to shoot nearer to his regular season averages. If that is still not the case he has to trust his teammates more. But the last few minutes, he still has to have the ball.

9 assist though. Some 3pters he took was definitely questionable
