We got embarrassed. By the same team again. Fully healthy.

Brunson played maybe the worst game I’ve ever seen from him. He shares this loss big time.

KAT was a soft loser as expected.

Hart was disgraceful.

That’s not a good season for me.

Team needs major changes. Major. End of story. I don’t want to hear about moral victories. You’re either a winner or a loser. We are a loser - and a loser who has been clowned by the same team two years in a row.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Oh ayo. 9/32 from 3PT range. 17/26 from the FT line.

I've also wonder which team gave up the most assets between Siakam and OG.

Leon preemptively blew his load on a perennial underachiever. Leon needs to swallow his pride and pivot from Kat if at all possible this off season.

KAT's offense outweighed his defense all year long.

He was our best player in the series until tonight's game, where he was obviously terrible.

The game we hoped our players would step up, they turned into duds.

Bridges with the same crappy defense in game 4 which is why Haliburton went off again. Why weren't they playing Haliburton close and wearing him down like the Pacers did with Brunson?

Towns was just horrific. Missed free throws. Missed shots. Missed assignments.

Brunson wasn't aggressive enough and let Nemhard get into his head, and took a lot of questionable shots and made lazy passes.

OG and Robinson were the only bright spots in the starting lineup.

Then you have Hart, who was once again a disaster whenever he was in the game. He plays so unsure of himself, and his indecisiveness lead to some bad turnovers.

And I left Thibs last. He needs to go. He is too stubborn and rigid in his coaching. He doesn't adjust unless he is forced to. He doesn't run actual plays. And he doesn't read the game or look for any mismatches. We need a coach to bring out the best in these guys. And he isn't it.

This wasn't the same team as last year, healthy or not.

That's how I feel. It was a great season. I'm more grateful than sad. Now the ball is in Leon's court and it's up to him.

Go Knicks!!! The 25-26 season is nearly underway. Perform some magic. Make a change or three. Reload and try again. Fire Thibs. Don't fire Thibs. Leon, the choice is yours. I defer to your wisdom.

But for anyone who is depressed about the loss, and I'm sure there are many, here's the obligatory gif:

Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!

As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

Should know by now but you can't become a disciplined team whenever you decide to, the good habits/fundamentals have to be drilled during the season. Fair or not it falls on the coach and he failed.

Definitely moving him for KD or Giannis

That’s 2 different levels of players.

Unpopular opinion is honestly all this team needs is just another year of chemistry together, the switches, rotations, cuts and reads will be so much tighter after having played together for a year as unit.

No over thinking, that’s it

Carlisle basically reversed the script and put extreme ball pressure on Brunson just like how we did in game 5 with Hali. He also closed off all driving lanes for KAT. Great counter and adjustments after game 5. If we had won game 1 then maybe Thibs could come up with something for game 7 but we gave that game away so good season.

Disappointing to say the least, but overall a great season. The team has the tools to win the championship moving forward. Just make the right adjustments and run it back next season. Future is still bright!

This was the final game of Thibs' coaching career... you elevated us, but you can't quite get us over the hump

Like Mark Jackson couldn't for the Warriors, Doug Collins couldn't for the Bulls, Avery Johnson couldn't for the Mavs, Del Harris couldn't for the Lakers

We need to find our Steve Kerr, our Phil Jackson, our Rick Carlisle (shout out to him he's a helluva coach)

I want him gone within 48 hrs anything less is incompetence on Leon's part imo
