I like the kid. Always seems to play well against us.

Some are upset we didn't get a first.

Some are upset we didn't play him and up his value to obtain that first.

Or something.

Only a few wanted Monk. A lot of people feel we didn't get enough for Willy and/or didn't properly raise his value, even though he's a no defense playing center who can't shoot in today's modern NBA. It's a fine haul, not great, not bad. It's a minor move being portrayed as a travesty.

KOQ better be the next...at least make some sense by bringing up Kornet and or Hicks and see what we have there...this should be an extended try out period for the next year and a half...

JOB does look like a solid rotation player for now and relatively young, definitely a better fit at PF/C in today's league than Willy.

Damn, thought he would fetch us a bit more than 2 2nd rounders. Hopefully they turn out to be high 2nd rounders..

He seems more like a Modern Big, Coach said he has improved on his passing and is a great scorer. I am assuming he needs to work on his rebounding and defense. But his Coach said he is becoming a better overall player. I believe he is 24

stop it man  he is a 3rd stringer on a 23-30 team that shoots below 40%

Wow.. so how many years did you cover to get that list? 2nd rounders are not as valuable as you think with management.

No idea how many years but i know there was still many more players drafted in the 2nd round i could have listed as well but got tired of going through all the lists. I did what i wanted to do which was to prove he was wrong saying 2nd round picks are useless cause they aren't. Are there many more 2nd round picks that never make it to the NBA? Absolutely, but that wasn't the point i was trying to make. I made the point i wanted to make and it was very clear.

You didn't make any point.

"Hey, sometimes a guy can potentially be a decent player in the 2nd round!" isn't really a strong argument.

my favorite reddit comment.

Look, when you're a rebuilding team, you have to take the opportunity to unload the $3 million he's owed over the next two years, especially when you have tradeable assets blocking him on the depth chart. I mean, he's basically over the hill at age 22 -- I'm honestly surprised that he can even run at this point in his life.

SHowcasing willy or not you weren't getting a 1st rounder for him. He is what he is.... a low ceiling bench big. He has too many flaws right now to project him to be anything else than that...

I never said I expected a first. Hell, I wouldn't have traded him at all.

Having Kinglee in your corner isn't the best for your argument.
