Re: Around the NBA - Offseason Chatter
I've wished ill on the Rockets ever since they went back to the locker room during the 4th quarter of that knicks game a couple years ago. couldn't have happened to a bigger bunch of a-holes. hope harden burns it down on his way out

Allan Hahn on KFTV the other day said he thinks DSJ will be the opening night starter so that we can "gas him up" both in terms of his personal confidence and his trade value around the league. I'm pro-anything that's not Elfrid Payton.
As soon as DSJ plays what little trade value he has will be gone

This is ridiculous. They should make every contract year to year that automatically renews unless the player or team declines.

Harden, Quickley, RJ, Toppin, Noel...
Nah. Why do we have to?
Harden is a top 5-10 NBA talent and will likely remain a top 5-10 NBA talent for the next 3-4 seasons. If you can get a player of his caliber without having to sell the farm, you do it and then build around him.
**** that. I wouldn't watch that POS on the Knicks

I get the flipside of the argument, but at a bargain price, you have to strongly consider it. Even if it's to just rehab his value and then trade him later (see Chris Paul) for a bigger haul.

I don't have to consider eating the live end of a shotgun, therefore I reject your argument. To reiterate, fck James Harden

I think we signed James Young, too. I'm sensing a pattern to all of our signings all of a sudden...
