After thinking about that statement of "win now", it may mean that Thibs wants a draft pick who's ready to play right away. This leads me to believe that a Obi, who can come in with say Kenny Wooten off the bench and not miss a beat.
Can't see a Kira or Killian Hayes fitting that profile. Tyrese is a little more mature, but Okoro's aggressive style will keep him on the bench for spells until he earns the refs respect.
Vassell is another intriguing prospect in that he can shoot and provide defense.
It can also mean that the Knicks are going to throw money at someone like Jerami Grant or similar.
