Mitch bulked up so he's lost the quickness to guard and recover on the perimeter and his bounce, the things that made him have any value. Great news.

Probably because of the way he was walking and it sounded like he was still in a walking boot when he was walking back and forth.

i don't think he's in a walking boot. he was just riding a bike on his instagram stories and the post said he's scrimmaging with the team.

I'm less concerned about Mitch's quickness and explosion as I am the added weight on his little feet, his feet are just too small for his big body and that might be the biggest hindrance to his long term health than anything.
