4-1 baby, let's keep it going. The knicks are a balanced team with solid players at every position, but I still think they need that elite scorer that they can rely on to make the big shot. I don't think Randle is that guy despite how good he is. I'm looking forward to seeing who well we match up against the Jazz, Bucks, Heats, and of course, the Nets. 8-)

Yes, the Knicks are currently the best basketball team in NYC, but if Kyrie decided to get the Covid Vaccine that I will not get. My top-secret source is saying depopulation and sterilization in the future, but that is a different story for a different forum.

Just to add, the Hornets are another team I want to see how we match up against. They are a team full of athletes. They almost came back from being down twenty-six against the Heat.

Boo hoo, big bad Mitch hurt our mediocre player by doing absolutely nothing to hurt him. Now I'm mad so I pretend he wasn't a bust that doesn't know how to land. Cry maorr

I put in a wager for Knicks to finish #1 seed. Why not dream big.

That’s a pipe dream, but I’d take the odds on #1 in the Atlantic.

Its a pipe dream but Vegas odds had it +22000 odds at one point which was really off so it was worth a shot. They basically had us at the same odds to get a number 1 seed as the Pacers which doesn't make sense. It has gone from +22200 to +5000 now after they beat the Bulls. I got in at +7500 (before the Bulls game), took a stab at it with those odds.

And if theres any year to do it, it is this year. Brooklyns a mess with the Kyrie fiasco, Bucks injured early on, Philly got the Simmons issues. Only team that really to be nervous about is the Heat as of right now.

chilllllll, we aint tryna see no myles turner bro lol

For real, why would we trade Mitch whos better than Turner in terms of impact on the floor AND Obi our young PF whos been playing very well for Miles Turner, our defense would take a huge hit and we would lose depth.

I wouldn't even do Mitch for Turner straight up.

The one thing we don't have unless we go small ball is a true scoring 5. But I wouldn't trade Mitch for Myles either.

I know everyone loves the young guys in theory. That was fine when the Knicks sucked. This team is trying to win the maximum number of games. Not all development means the young guys have to play a lot, a little and all the time, at all, or particularly, right away.

Let's go and give Grimes X amount of games/practices to earn the spot, get experience etc. Sure, it's annoying that Thibs rides the vets a bit TOO much, but I've come around to the idea that if guys are good enough, regardless of age, he plays them.

When Grimes is ready, he'll take Burks spot. Might take a year.

Not all development is throwing guys out there for 25 minutes a game they don't deserve, like was done for Knox.

Thibs respects hard work and guys who go at it in scrimmages. You lack that extra gear in practice you're not going to play. It explains both Knox and IQ, respectively. If Grimey Deuce give everything they've got they'll get their shot.

What on earth would lead you to believe that IQ is anything other than a dog in practice?

I do believe that. That's my point. But he can still be supplanted by someone else if his game performances falter

Gotcha, I was thrown by you grouping him with Knox, who we have plenty of reason to believe is lackadaisical. Whereas everything we've heard about IQ suggests he's a gym rat who just doesn't stop.

But I see what you're saying now.
