There is no world where RJ fans were anywhere near as delusional or cry as much as Randle fans. None. Glad they are both gone. RJ fans have long moved on. Like... immediately after he was traded. Here we are months later with a fight thread because Randle fans have been crashing out ruining the board since September! :rofl:

I gave you a layup and you refuse to take it; a simple yes KAT is better would have saved you. Why you want to go down with the SS Randle is beyond me, KAT is better by miles.

This. Knicks are better off without RJ. I was wrong about RJ being a big part of the Knicks future. I am happier today with OG than RJ (always loved getting OG tho). How hard was that?

Can a Randle fan do that? Unlikely. He would most likely deflect and pivot to something else.

Rob has too much loyalty to Kentucky players to every admit something like that.

The comparison I made is that both were traded and we got better players. That is a fact. Nothing dishonest or false there. I wasn’t even talking about who is better or contributed more. Randle was better, but to be fair RJ did play better than Randle in the playoffs if we are going there.

I think the way you presented those points was misleading. But fine - nothing wrong with your first sentence. They both allowed us to upgrade and that's a point I'd agree with.

Whether or not RJ played better than Randle in the playoffs is I think up for debate but in my opinion neither played well overall, though RJ's offense was critical to winning some of the games so it's fair to make that argument. I think it'd also be fair to mention Randle played though injury.

Both are gone and the Knicks are better off for it.

Randle was a legit two-way All-NBA player in 2020-21.

RJ was a rising two-way role player who was showing improvement on both sides from his rookie year.

Both completely stopped playing defense afterwards. And that's something that was hard to overlook. It just makes me wonder why anyone would go to war for either.
