Why is Adam Silver targeting my Nuggets like this? The only series without extra day off and they are playing the deepest and youngest team in the playoffs while running to the ground the six playable people, two of which are already banged up?

F Adam Silver. He is trying so hard to push this OKC team.

I never ever believed in the nba rigging something through the refs or the lottery, but the Mavs getting the #1 pick is so incredibly dubious

Fwiw, Dallas isn't in the lottery if Kyrie stays healthy. But once he went down, I could see them cooking.

On a other note, imagine a Wolves/Knicks Finals...

What's with all the "luck" that NBA teams in Texas have over the history of the lottery. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio have been winning the lottery for years now.

The lottery is rigged, clearly

But whatever. I'm hoping Cleveland can extend their series versus Indiana.

Didn’t wanna put this in the pg thread to ruin the celebration but I’m kinda bummed about Tatum’s injury. Been following him since college and to know that he might never ever be the same player really sucks.

I'm with you. I told a friend before the series that anything can happen, i.e., injuries. Now I feel bad for putting it out there

I'm not too conspiratorial but it is super suspicious that twice a franchise gifts the Lakers their superstar and twice that team is immediately rewarded with the number one pick in a draft that has a 'generational talent' in the past decade.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

It sucks for him and for the game.

He had grown into a fantastic all-around player.

Been clearly the Wolves best player this playoffs IMO. He's been a matchup nightmare for both the Lakers and Warriors.

Happy for our guy

If you know your history it’s clearly rigged. Hell the Frozen envelop alone proves they did it at least once.

edit: right after i post this he throws up a bunch of bricks and turns it over

GSW has spacing issues. Kuminga is another player who can't shoot from deep. You can't trust Butler, Dray, GP2 and Kuminga hitting 3s regularly,

They have only Curry, Buddy, Pods, Mooddy, and Post, who are reliable shooters.

In addition to that, playing Kuminga will only increase his asking price to re-sign in the offseason.

Ever since the flattened draft odds began in 2019 the team with the worst record has never had the #1 pick...happened to us. Is it still worth it to tank that hard

You could argue Dallas did tank hard when they traded Doncic for a bag of chips.

1. Mavs
2. San Antonio
3. Phili

Is it clear the NBA (not just lottery) is rigged?
1. Mavs trade of Luka now makes sense.
2. San Antonio also jumps astronomically from 8. David Robinson memories.
3. Phili was in danger of handing the pick to OKC, now they keep it.

Got to ask ChatGPT on these odds.

The game always suffers when one of the best goes down like that. He's a good guy with nothing to dislike about him personally, either. I wish him a full and quick recovery.

Still just want his team to lose, though.

Boston recently won a title so they can be patient. They've got Brad Stevens who is a whiz.

They'll tank next season... trade/dump Jrue/KP/Hortford... let JB and Prichard go ham. Then they'll add another piece or two for when Tatum returns the season after. KD made a nice return after his injury and Tatum is way younger.
