Knicks couldn't be stopped before the cup, now they can't get started. Any hope of Giannis is as good as gone. Wherever he plays, he will eventually tell the story about how close he was to being a Knick just as every great player has. Towns will be traded this offseason and we'll be middle of the pack for the rest of Brunson's Knicks tenure. What a botch 2025-2026 will be remembered as.
