Lakers Forward Julius Randle's 3-Week Body Transformation Is Insane

https://www.stack.com/a/lakers-forward-julius-randles-3-week-body-transformation-is-insane

According to Randle's trainer, he has gone from what could roughly be referred to as a "dad bod" to arguably the most jacked dude on the Lakers' roster—in just three short weeks. Three weeks! That's absolutely nuts. Randle has clearly focused on his core (he nearly has an 8-pack now), working through mutliple exercises with a med ball and even dribbling with one to improve his handles.

IDK if the 3 weeks part is real, but congrats to him on getting in shape no matter how long it took.

That's why I'm not worried about Zion. He might jump over the backboard if he got in shape.

KP has the core strength of a jelly fish.

IB4 a marine biologist tells me a jellyfish is the 39th strongest living thing in the ocean, tied with a starfish.

Word I don’t understand how he keeps getting criticized lol. He did nothing wrong.

Im one of the select few who hopes this trade works out for both teams

Doncic and KP is a fun duo and it makes alot of sense for Dallas

That trade was great for us also. We cleared cap, got a young player in DSJ and 2 picks.

Perry now has a clean slate and everybody on this roster besides Frank and Dot are people he chose

KP also has never said one bad thing about NY

I feel like NYK fans turned against him because all the haters gave us so much **** but at the end of the day he is a good dude. I just dont think he gonna have a long career in the nba. He seems fragile

That roster had players who won it all. Proven veterans. This one is more similar to 2005 roster. One dimensional big men. Lots of them.

They also had Melo in his absolute prime, who for all his faults was a great scorer. And a DPOY caliber big man

We don't have a Melo, or if we do he's too young. Mitch may be a DPOY some day, but it's not this day

I could argue that Mitchell is already a better overall defender than Tyson. Tyson may be a better smarter rim protector but Mitchell makes up for that by tripling him in blocks and being able to switch and guard 1-5 something Tyson could never hope to do.

True. Tyson was still better and was smarter and way more experienced player tho.

I don't mind people hating on KP a bit. I think he became divisive within the team, even as the team was trying to make him happy. That being said, while I think the trade was reasonable and that we don't want someone here that doesn't want to be here... I think its crazy when people act like he wasn't on his way to superstardom when he got hurt. And Randle has yet to prove he's 2/3rds the player KP could be. I hope he will be great though.

KP had every right to act entitled with what he had to deal with. Phil Jackson was absolutely unprofessional.

I agree though. I think most peoples concern with KP is injuries. Thats why I think Randle will be better because he can actually stay on court.

If healthy tho. Kp all day

Are we looking season by season comparison or overall career? Chandler won DPOY so he at least had that. Also he won a ring with Dallas after a great season especially on the defensive end. So already is a bit overreaction. On the other hand, I remember Chandler’s rookie season and Mitchell is way ahead of the curve. And Chandler was the second pick in the draft I believe. Robinson can be a consistent all-star year after year which Chandler wasn’t. He just needs to continue improving.

i dont understand your logic. Phil is a legendary basketball mind and simply because he was acting unprofessional- to you that means our 21 year old player who really never put it all together( his best season he averaged what 22 poibts) can have free range to act entitled. No.

KP might not even be 2/3rds of the offensive player that Randle is right now, if we’re being honest. KP fell off a cliff after his hot start from what I remember.

He leveraged his only play to take a stance against a guy who was terrible at his job and was trying to absolve himself of his poor decisions.

Either you think the action of skipping the meeting was or you don’t. It doesn’t matter how accomplished he was at the time.
