Utah has like 6-7 bigs now and Kessler was already getting squeezed last season... his contract is under $5m so easily tradable... he's a type of young big we'd be looking for... there were twitter rumors that Ainge was open to trading him... we have assets (Deuce or filler contracts plus picks) we could use... so yeah, he makes quite a bit of sense if Ainge doesn't ask for the moon. Sometimes, his trades are based in reality. Sometimes.

Sure that means they can still trade Lauri but they have Collins, Kessler, and they just drafted Filipowski. Thats a lot of bigs.

There was a article few days ago that Jazz would consider moving him but only if they got a great offer

Deuce alone would not be enough for Kessler.

Would have to include Pacome and another 1st at minimum.

We’d probably go in a cheaper direction. Just used a lot of assets on Mikal.

Who knows but why?

Duece has a great contract...even better than Kessler. He was a +10 ppg scorer in the playoffs as a 23 year old. He plays very good defense.

Kessler is stuck in a jazz rotation last year and they added 2 more guys to it.
