Oh sh*t, what if it's the 3rd pick, Brown, and the 7th while we keep our 8th?

I want #3, BK 2018, and one of Brown / Crowder / Smart. I think we're getting greedy asking for 2 of them but I like the aggressiveness. I'm team Phil all the way with this. I knew exactly what he's trying to do. We need 3 pieces more so then 1.

Throw in that Laker/PHI pick

He's not worth that, but if he can grab us that hen great. He's not worth the #3, BK next year pick, and the Laker/Philly pick. They going to mortgage their future for KP?

If Phil can pull that off we should all praise the **** out of him.

They are keeping their own picks. Their future is fine.

KP is a future cornerstone/win now hybrid Unicorn at the age of 21

If done it would be a the 3rd , 7th and a player for KP ?

Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't. Most likely Ainge pulls the rug out from under Phil at the last minute with some protections or taking some stuff out of the deal and we are going to get screwed.

Its ridiculous to even contemplate trading KP...Keep him and build around him.

I dunno. I don't think the C's are going to sit out this draft w/o upgrading their team in some significant way and by that, I mean more than just trading for Porzingis IF that moonshot happens.

Bro, what if Boston offered us the 3rd pick, traded for the 7th and offered that to us, and we kept our 8th? That's 3 top 10 picks in this draft. How would u feel about that?

We don't need 3,7, and 8 from this draft. That's dumb and doesn't make sense. There are no 3 players in this draft that we should have on this team, AT ALL! At least that's going to be available at 7 and 8.

Well... If we can get Fox/Monk/Tatum then yea, but besides that. No

"Knicks close to deal with the Suns" --> nothing makes Ainge scramble and make himself overpay for KP more than this news.

So smart of Phil to engage Suns, but never interested in dealing with them, as our leverage over Celtics. Phil may have dozed off in a workout, he was daydreaming of C's picks coming to us.

People going crazy for multiple draft picks like every draft pick is a great pick. Three first round picks in this draft IS NOT great.

3rd pick then get next year's pick. Don't overdo it and go so crazy in this draft, smh.

Why would Phil agree? He's not desperate to move KP.

Nobody wants 3 picks from this draft. And what's Boston doing to obtain the #7 from Minnesota?

Get the #3 and a high pick in a future draft at the minimum.

My perspective is if you can get a kings ransom for him you do it. We are 3-4 years away from even being competitive. Trading KP for 3-4 assets helps build us a core.

That's what I'm saying, but these guys go crazy whenever they hear draft pick. It's amazing, when you talk about Philly and Fultz and Simmons it's like "you're basing your future on guys who never stepped on the court", but now we are rumored to get draft picks and everyone want to base their future on guys who never stepped on the court. It's hilarious.

Sign Hayward with the Cap space they were able to preserve by trading for KP. KP and Hayward is a pretty good "upgrade" for a offseason.

That's a Hershell Walker kind of trade.

Knicks can take: Josh Jackson, Fox, and Isaac...the SF, PF and PG of the future for just ONE guy.
