Doncic almost got a triple double. Well I guess I know which team I could root for in the final...

Probably if the Knicks are lucky in the lottery and get a top 2 pick. Do they ever get lucky in the lottery?

I could see the Suns or Magic tanking HARD for him next year. Maybe even the Mavs or Pacers. The Cavs might luck into him

You NEED a Top 5 Pick to even have a CHANCE at him. :(

They lucked into Porzingis, so expect them to luck into Doncic unless Porter and Bagley become locks at the top 2.

I am just not sure if Knicks will be that bad next season. Maybe if they trade Melo.. But Doncic is good. And proving it against NBA level talent here. So hopefully he's a Knick in a year :)

They'll be semi-bad. That bench is awful, and we still employ Kurt Rambis.

You need a top 4 pick. Only 3 guys who have a shot at going before him are Porter, Bagley, and Ayton.

With Melo, no way they are a bottom 5 team.

PG situation is shaky, but when there are teams like PHX, LA, SAC, ATL, CHI, NETs, and even Philly can still be garbage if Embiid doesn't play.

Melo needs to get traded asap.

Indeed. But the only reason I say Top 5, I'm banking one or two guys rising into the Top 5 when the Draft rolls around.

I can't stress this enough..

IF FO thinks two years of Melo and 5-10 picks > three years of Anderson (Plus, his contract gets very tradable in his last year) and top5 picks.

Just do the deal.

Take whatever terrible contract you can get your hands on in exchange for draft picks. Doncic will never be your 1st or 2nd option on offense, but his impact on the other 4 guys on the floor is LeSatan like.

People say that every year. And every year the Top 10 changes by the time it's Draft Night.

DSJ was a top 4 pick and fell to 9th. Monk fell to 11th, Fox rose to 5th.
