I wish we drafted Donovan Mitchell over Frank

Dsj Dmitch rj knox mitch would be a great foundation

Frank would prob be best suited to be on a small market team. Hopefully we can get something decent for him

he's gonna be a 3 & d player here so hitting the 3s is the most important thing. running point is not in his future as a knick.

His "future" on the Knicks ended somewhere around mid season last year. Or sooner. C'mon.

Knick's roster goes like 14 players deep of somewhat average players. Would be 15 if Pills didn't decide to be humanitarians to Bullock. He'll be lucky to play at all. Actually, it would take a catastrophic series of injuries for him to play 10 mpg.

Frank is ahead of Bullock on the depth chart. That's it.

even for you you're negative lately...you're right though :D

100% bondy didn't watch the game. Frank didn't have 2 assists he is reading the box score incorrectly. He's such a hack

He saw the one missed dunk. Which was a really strong drive and should have been called a blocking foul but bondy saw one video on twitter and acted like he watch the 2 hours. He full of sh*t.

twitter basketball commentaries are hilarious. If it doesn't equate to AAU style ball hogging people don't know anything else anymore.

I like that he's hitting his 3s now, that's a big key

And he tried to dunk on someone. Didn't make it, but that's the aggression people are asking for

All he needs is that 3 pointer to translate, then I think he fits in perfectly between DSJ and RJ

Frank could hit 3 pointers at a .600 clip and he wouldn't see 2 minutes a game on this team. He's done here. In what universe is he anything but 12th on the depth chart? Even 12th might be generous.

the only thing he can bank on is injuries. The PG's in front of him aren't known to be durable.

He can’t even bank on that because he isn’t known to be durable himself and may not be prepared to step in like last season when mudiay and dsj were both injured but frank was basically out the entire 2nd half of the season with a groin pull

agreed they all aren't durable but the idea would be if he's not playing he really can't get hurt. If DSJ or Payton go down for any length of time he should be good for about 20 minutes a night.

probably true, but also a clear blocking foul with body contact below that effected his momentum to the hoop. Might have finished that if there wasn't that contact below.

Even then I don’t think knicks are really looking at Frank at PG anymore (IMO this is a correct assessment). Remember RJ can also take over some PG duties.

To be honest, I posted his tweet to give you a hard time LOL.
I didn’t watch either but I saw some clips of Frank swishing 3’s which is great for us

I could see that. But I could also envision a scenario where they go with Kadeem Allen and deploy RJ to play some minutes at PG. Based on what we've seen of Fizdale I don't think Frank's job is safe even as 3rd string PG. He will need to show up to camp and start turning some heads with improvement, I also think he will get some solid minutes in preseason to show them something.

bro kadeem is trash. He's soon to be 27 playing in summer league this year.

I don't recall seeing such a pronounced regression in a player at SL. After that, I don't see how Allen is a Knick unless he goes back to Westchester.

Return to New York Knicks
