He showed genuine improvements this offseason, that made me root for him again. The kid was drafted raw, the mentor NY picked for him passed away just before the offseason picked up, and then he was thrown to the wolves with no O-line.

Unfortunately, I don't think he's an NFL starter yet, and only time will tell if he can get there. But it was a bad situation to thrust the kid into, and just when I thought we were setting him up to succeed long term...he's back in the fire.

One thing that I will note though...I think the change to OC Nathaniel Hackett has had a bigger impact than it's gotten credit for, since this has been the Rodgers show all offseason. Hackett and Wilson have much more rapport than I'd seen with others, and I'm hoping that expedites his development.

The other brightside is that we're getting our First Round pick and if Wilson struggles again this season, we'll be in a position to draft a new QB of the future for the umpteenth time (Mark Sanchez, Geno Smith, Sam Darnold, Bryce Petty, and even Christian Hackenburg yikes).

Can’t realistically go with Zach anymore. Defense is getting worn down. Coach and GM’s job are on the line. Teammates have lost confidence in him. Get someone in here.

I missed the game. Turned it on in the 4th. Few plays later Zach throws an INT down 20. IT'S A WRAP FOLKS! Buster Wilson will be gone after this season. Rodgers will be useless next season. Another wasted roster. We won't even make the playoffs with this group!

You telling me Cam Newton is a FA and the Jets can't even bring him in for a workout?

Zach Wilson is a bust. This roster can still be a factor in the AFC.

Why has Matt Ryan not been called yet? He may suck and was always overrated bc of Roddy White n Julio Jones but he's prolly the best option out there

the jets learned a valuable lesson this year. You dont hire an oc for a qb. Apparently hackett's system is super complicated cuz the jets are only targetting qbs experienced with his system

The offense sucks without Rodgers. Hell, it might have sucked WITH him.

The defense doesn't look like anything special.

Sauce Gardner is playing like a guy who read his own press clippings in the offseason.

This team blows chunks.

Good news? If they continue playing Zach, I can't see more than 2 wins.

Time to fire Saleh. He brings NOTHING.

Douglas has had multiple years to address this and yet still f*cked it up.

Might be time for a change in GM too.
