You forgot that DRose going off at the end of the season was the main reason the Knicks got to the 4th seed.

It wasn't Elfrid Payton so you can gtfo with that BS. People really are trying to change the narrative just to prop up Randle.

In 2021, the Knicks record before the DRose mid-season trade was11-14. Knicks finished the season with a 41-31 record. So who was making a difference for the Knicks? Definitely not Elfrid Payton.

DRose led the Knicks with 19 points in the Hawks series on 47% fg and then what did Randle end up doing in the playoffs? Yup he shot 18ppg on 29.8% shooting.

So please, let's not rewrite history.

We do need Randle back. And OG, Mitch, IHart, Donte, all these guys to be 100 percent. Randle is just a piece.

The facts clearly dispell the myth that Randle took a D.League team to the 4th seed.

Anyway, the Knicks need to get fully healthy to do any damage in the playoffs.
