We are about $5mil over the cap right now, including pick and Mitch’s cap hold.

That's great.

Thank you guan0 and 3toheadrandle.

I too see value in ruining the lives of Knicks fans.

there is no chance for us to get any kind of cap space. can only get a good FA via sign and trade.
also have the MLE ready for the next mediocre vet.

I’d rather Leon/Perry/Mills NOT have access to cap space. Limits the damage they can do.

Just hoping that after the dust settles there will be at least 1 desperate team willing to take Randle and some of our other bum vets.
Mavs
C: Horford | Goga | Paul Reed |
PF: Lauri Markkanen | Randle | Tucker
SF: Trey Murphy | Trent | Anderson | Simone
SG: Vassell | Trent | Livingston
PG: Spida | Mann | Deuce

I don't want them to be over the cap either.

But don't you worry, their masterpiece isn't finished yet.

Our vets aren't bums.

They're just not great. Simply different flavors of average/mediocre.

They are fine on the right team, in the right role. Just pointless to have so many paid so much here when we have youth that should be playing,

Would love to move up into top 5 but probably not happening.

They will probably just shuffle some late picks around Brock Aller style to save a few pennies

My one regret is that I won’t get to see Leon’s son collect the agent’s fee on the Brunson max contract, which would be right up there with Chris Smith as an all-time Dolan cronyism/nepotism moment.
