Are he and OG travelling with the team or staying home now getting treatment?

nah he def won’t be doing that. he’s already been replaced in the asg.

og i haven’t seen in awhile, randle has been on the bench sitting home games at least

If Brunson hadn't made the team I don't think he would go just because of his personality, but with Jalen going I can see Juju tagging along for the parties & schmoozing.

3/25 would be much longer than 3 weeks.

I would have no gripes about triple-layering OG in bubblewrap until the regular season's winding down, and only bringing him back so he can get his rhythm before the playoffs

He’s going to have to rush back, we have lost 4 out of the last 5 games and the wheels are falling off without our captain

He's saying blah blah blah blah blah bullshyt. There is ZERO indication of when Julius is coming back. Until he is re-evaluated we know nothing. Thibs was talking out the side of his face too. So far so good is all we know until the next check up. Trying to avoid surgery isn't a diagnosis.

We know it will be 3 weeks before OG starts working out on the court. Add a week before we can expect to see him back. That's around March 10th. I don't expect Julius back before that at all. Mitch may be able to start on court activities in a couple weeks. So by the time we see him it will be around the same date. Mid to late March is realistic. Anything sooner is wishing upon a star.

If everything goes right history has absolutely shown guys coming back after 4 weeks with this type of injury.

And with OGs surgery about 3 weeks if things go well.

IHart is a Hammy that simply needs rest for the inflammation to calm down. He is almost definitely back right after the break.

Randle is probably working out like he’d normally would in the offseason. The moment he’s cleared, he’ll probably play the next game. It’s not like Mitch’s foot injured that he’ll need to work his way back into game shape.

Curry missed just 11 games over a months span...so it's possible.

OG has another 3 weeks before he can do on the court things. Add a week and we will possibly see him return IF everything goes perfectly March 10th give or take.

Randle has yet to be re-evaluated so there is NO CLUE when he can return or if he needs surgery. A month would be March 1st before he can do on the court things. Add a week and we could see him back around the same time as OG...IF everything goes perfectly.

iHart is a chronic Achilles issue. There is no set time table for a return and without Mitch, he will be asked to play heavy minutes again. IF everything goes perfectly we may seem him back before anyone but, for how long? Thibs doesn't care about his Achilles at all.

Mitch is 3 months removed from surgery on a broken ankle. There is no telling when he will be back or if he will be back at all, There is also the whole rusty out of game shape thing. So...4 months after surgery would be right around the same time the other guys get back IF everything goes perfectly.

DDV is the hammy issue which we haven't been updated on so, we don't know how long he is out or if he re-aggravates it again because Thibs is a moron who doesn't care about player health.

In the meantime we have to play about 10-15 games waiting to see them get back. Then we have to hope they get back into form sooner than later and STAY healthy.

Not sure where all the positive vibes are coming from about these injuries. We are about a month away from them returning IF everything goes perfectly.

According to Bondy Mitch will return to on court shooting right after the Break , so maybe if all goes well he comes back around the same time as OG and Randle...

I hope all goes well but, there are a lot of different injuries that have to work out in our favor. I refuse to be optimistic until there is reason to be. Thibs might add to the injury list before we get anyone back. That's just as likely if not MORE likely than everything working out.

Maybe we limp into the playoffs and go on a MIA run like last year. Maybe we never fully recover from these injuries at all. Maybe we should fire Thibs. Maybe maybe maybe. We shall see is where things are at in a few weeks. The last 2.5 weeks have crushed any high hopes I had for this season.

Not me....I actually feel more optimistic than ever .....

OG comesback without that irritating bone spur. We saw what he gave us initially, and now we know he was in pain all that time . So imagine what he gives us pain free? He could take his play up to yet another level.
Image

Randle coming back ready to battle, dude is already looking great, not sling, walking fine and he will be fully rested....
Image

And Mitch when he returns takes our already insane defense to yet another level. With all this extra shooters can you imagine what his league leading offensive rebounding will do?
Image

The guys who have been holding down the fort have been getting a ton of reps and are now at a confidence high. Precious, Ihart , Hart, Deuce, Donte.....

And then I haven't even mentioned Brunson, Bogs, and Burks.

For the first time since...maybe not since that 93' 60 win team can I say we'll have the talent and depth to match our dog mentality...and to match up with ANY team out there.

I don't blame you. I'm just not gonna sit here and act like everything will go perfectly when we have 5 players dealing with injuries. Two had surgery. One may still need surgery. Another is battling an Achilles issue that could get much worse. Another with a hamstring issue that have been known to linger. All of them are potentially recurring problems. OG is the only one I have any faith can return without issues. Hopefully sooner than later.

All of that... With a HC who has total disregard for players health. He don't give a fuq on any level. We have to hope and pray that he doesn't kill any of the players we have left right now while we wait.

IF they ask come back healthy and we make the playoffs 100% healthy...we can beat anyone. Until then... My optimism is barely breathing.
