I think that there's no way back now after all the rumors. Melo's gonna be pissed (even if he acts all cool) and it won't end well. This trade needs to happen soon!

Melo ws supposed to stop that. He came in leading the Nuggets every year hes been there except 1 I think. He did nothing. I commend him for trying. Time to move on.

We can't basically do the same for Melo? Hell, he's actually productive.

Melo staying on the team prevents us from beginning a legitimate rebuild. We're currently stuck in no-man's-land and perennial mediocrity. Do you not want to maximize the talent we acquire through the draft for the next few years and build a young core with KP? The way I see it now, we have two options:

Keep Melo: End in the 12-20th pick range every year he's on the team.

Trade Melo: End in the 5-10th pick range for the next few years.

That makes a massive difference.

Damn I can't understand how the Melo hate is so strong here, dude has always been the 25+ scorer he is, wants to be here and win but gets blamed for us being chit even though the front office has only surrounded him with stiffs every year. If he goes salute the man on his way out and hope this front office does not botch it all over again. Picks and young players should be the only return, Gtfo with Crawford and Reddick unless they can be flipped.

He went to the playoffs EVERY YEAR IN DENVER. Why did that change here after 3 years coming off of 54 wins? HE GOT KNICKED.

Stop looking at 1 player and look at the franchise. Every player we touch turns to ****.
