I had peters 1A and schoen 1B.

I don't think its as big of a gap as you said. I absolutely love Peters draft record or who he is connected too...but no doubt Schoen has more experience running the entire show from building an analytics department...ect...Schoen may have a head of player personnel he loves too.

And he is attached to Daboll which is interesting as well.

Daboll was BUM before Allen. Check his record.

Nothing interesting about him.

most OFF coordinators are nothing without a good QB.

They didn't punt once against a BB lead defense...I don't care what you say that is impressive.

This dude is basically Mike Mcarthy. Without a good QB he is ass.

Look at Kyle...No Matter the QB he still has an offense. The really Good Coordinators are at least good with out out elite QBs. Daboll. was TRASH he was not even good as a OC before Allen period.

Schoen/Daboll is a good combo. I really hope we hone in on Fangio for DC.

Peters was intriguing, especially with his draft pedigree, but Schoen seemed to have a wider overall skillset.

I'm excited by this new direction.

dan quinn is getting a job again because of a great defense that has parsons and diggs.

coordinators are always about personnel

robert salah got the jets job of one good year

I think you just are upset we didn't get Peters...all the HC candidates will have some flaws. Josh Allen was considered very raw coming out of college. You have to give him some credit regardless what you say.

The bills were joke franchise until Schoen got there...from all reports he is smart, works hard, and should reshape the org. I will trust him to make the decisions until he proves otherwise.

also i love that TC forgets that everyone thought the bills drafting josh allen was a mistake because he’s a product of combine hype

let’s not make it to be that allen was elite from day 1

ultimately this is probably what it came down to.

Schoen basically touches everything a GM does...Beane is just final decision maker there.

Peters really is the draft talent evaluator. And a great one.

But can he hire and build a staff? Can he reshape certain departments. Talent evaluation is only part of it. I personally just wanted to get the best drafter here but understand Schoen was more ready to take over the entire operation.

There were ass before Beane got there get it correct. Beane is the shot caller not him. Im not giving Daboll nothing lol. He has done nothing to prove he is a head coach worthy at all.

My Only hope is that the reports are true about him contacting Flores this week to talk. Bring in Flores and I will be a little bit easier, but Daboll? nah. Im not feeling it. We done this whole give some unproven dude a shot and we failed like 3 times in a row so far. Nothing about the dude give me hope that he has what it take to lead the giants.
