I now understand how people supported some of the trash moves of the past. People are not the brighest around here.

How in the world is just waiving Melo not better than taking on $20 million in trash for another year?

Waiving Melo is also a terrible terrible idea.

OFC is it, the absolute last resort, yet insanely better then taking on $20 million for another year just because they don't like Melo.

Both options are equally unworthy of consideration, IMO

This will be the last year you can actually control the situation and tank for a high pick. It be foolish to let Melos contract be in the way of that. Buying him out is not a bad option at all. The worst option is letting him play and be a mid to late lottery team again.

Not sure, I didn't see the game. Him playing only 3 minutes probably is more due to Gasol brothers playing really well.

People should watch this final game. Dragic with 26 points in 1st half, 20 in 2nd quarter.

One of the best defensive team can't find a way to stop him. But nobody really could. Anyway, the refereeing still is bad.

If Melo agrees to waive the last year of his deal, maybe. I doubt he will do that though, and nobody should even consider buying him out of 2 years so he can play for the Rockets for free.

Congratulations to Slovenia and all their fans! Well deserved!

Still wish we would have met in semi finals so we could at least fight for the bronze but that's how life is. :)
