When Mitch comes back he is the starting C.

iHart comes off the bench but they receive equal time or you can just ride whoever is having the better game.

Precious becomes a backup PF and still be effective in limited mins. It’s not like Randle should be playing 36-38 mins anyway, coming off this type of shoulder injury. He should be called at around 32 mins. Leaving a solid 16 mins for Precious to cause defensive havoc and crash the boards.

Bogi becomes your backup 3. JHart becomes backup 2.

The competition is between Deuce and Burks for who becomes the backup point when everyone is healthy.

well...thibs likes to go 9 deep so someone else might be out of the rotation. it might be og is the backup 4. but i think you're right about who's gonna play where. i love what precious is doing. ihart is a good backup who has filled in admirably with mitch out. here's the reality. when mitch was healthy we had a top 10 defense. after he got hurt we had the worst defense in the league until we traded for og. og has now missed 9 games and we've had the 22nd worst defense since he's been out. and in the last 5 we've had the 29th worst defense. 2nd to last. thibs is a defense first coach so the main guys who contribute most to the team's defense are gonna play a lot. i think as far as precious, burks, duece it might depend on how we match up with whoever we're playing and what the teams needs.

We should have made a trade for Brogdon and DeRozan or Bojan! But obviously they went for the financial flexibility route!

Brogdon
DeRozan (Hart)
J. Hart (Bojan)
Achiuwa
Hartenstein

Is much better and more balanced lineup

In the playoffs it will depend on the matchups! Mitch is better than Hart against the Cavs, Pacers, Celtics and Magic... Hart against the Bucks, Heat, Sixers and Hawks

Achiuwa - Bojan almost the same matchups as our centers

We can also play bigger with the second unit

Hart
Achiuwa
Anunoby or Hart
Bojan
Burks or McBride
Strength and Honour!

Good news Fokssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again, Begley said a whole bunch of nothing

Dudes the definition of fake it to you make it. It’s amazing watching him make a definitive statement then a sentence later add a bunch of qualifiers to make it meaningless.

I swear it’s like Begley took y’all girls or something the way you talk about him lmao.

Dunking on beat reporters is a time honor tradition here. I just don’t find him super credible. The way he “breaks news” gives off the impression that he has any sources with the team that’s he’s been covering for 15+ years.

begley is a nice guy and i enjoy having him as a voice in the sphere but it's frustrating to watch someone report mealy-mouthed nothingburgers as "news" when you are seeking information lol

Begley’s issue is that he doesn’t write interesting articles like Katz, nor does he break any news. He’s an aggregator with a press pass. I do enjoy listening to him on podcasts, but I rarely come away with anything that I didn’t already know.

He reports on Woj and Shams tweets and sprinkles his opinion

Begley used to break news when he was with ESPN. But I’m sure a lot of that has to do with working with Woj. Since leaving ESPN he hasn’t really broke anything new besides being the first one to report that we were hiring Rick Brunson as a coach and I think when we brought Taj back for the first time

I mean OK, so does that mean Woj and Shams should be the only reporters? Let the guy do his job. I just don't understand why every time dude tweets something people here have the fangs come out. Relax.

i think that a reporter has an ethical responsibility to report news and not bait clicks when they don't have news to report lol

That’s the best way to put it. He’s an aggregator with a press pass. “Breaking news the Knicks are expecting Randle to come back this season.” Which is exactly what we knew 2 weeks ago! Maybe if he framed it like “rehab is going well and he’s still track to return this season” it be less annoying but he didn’t.

Begley never really bothered me until Katz showed up. You can tell Katz is a basketball junky and the guys in the locker room really like him. Which is why he gives you fun locker anecdotes along with line up data.

Good news Fokssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean, that sounds like the injury was worse than we were all led to believe. The expectation without him getting surgery was that he'd be back, this news that he "might" be back...

Where do you get "might"? Quotations are used to capture what was written or said and I don't see it.
