I’m taking notes on how this all went. Cuz in two seasons I’ll have $834 in cap space (with Wemby, Amen, and Sharpe already locked up) and looking to add-on at least one max contract superstar to join them, along with a supporting cast to round out the roster.

Man I’m so glad you didn’t. Whew! Trae was the plan all along, but I couldn’t see Brunson out there and not at-least have a “you gotta be in it to win it” mentality. The game can surprise you at times. Timing is almost everything and I didn't wanna have any regrets for not trying.

They're both kind of archetypes for the kind of player the Sim underrates. PJ has more stocks so maybe not him. He was a guy I was initially looking at but then the thing happened and I figured he'd be expensive when he wasn't bid up. Always ask...

I've had a few of them. DFS, Dort, and Gordon come to mind. IRL they would have been huge difference makers with my squad but in this game Matisse Thybulle was more impactful.

Gonna be a lot of big time names who hit the open market that offseason (some approaching their prime, some in their prime, and some past their prime).

I’ve been positioning myself for it, while trying to maintain contender status in the meantime. By then Wemby, Amen, and Sharpe should be hitting their full stride and any other big name additions will be the icing on the cake.

Yea it’s something as GMs we have to pay attention to. Can’t get around what the sim loves if you truly want to compete.
