what I don't get is Zion missed an entire season and jumped from an 88 to a 97 assuming they based the calcs off the same season since he didn't play last year.

Unless the beta version is just the raw formula and the tweak things in the final version.

Makes no sense. If anything it should've stayed the same or decreased.

if they don't adjust his scoring Zion is going to be a damn cheat code. With that scoring rating and they are probably going to base his EFF on his ridiculous 61.1% FG% that same season

They move the goal posts so much I have no fkn idea what the rationale is anymore. I just build a team I like and live with the results.

maybe we just haven't gotten all this data from the Beta version before the official release but if that same logic held Beal should have been a 100 scorer last year and he was only a 93. So they must have changed something in the formula. I don't remember it straight being the ppg leaders calc.

To be fair the FG% doesn't translate 1 to 1. There's a certain type of player who's FG% translates positively and negatively and Zion is definitely the negative type.

Not a surprise seeing Træ and Dejounte both 5 stars since we know Wolverine Studios are based in Atlanta and remember who lives in Georgia..

Man my conference finals team could have really used that 4.5 PG13 instead of 3 stars, Træ 5 AD 5 PG 4.5 this would have been my year damnit. Hopefully building something close to it

Curry should be 7 stars but not feeling sorry for mph one bit when he had like 90 def last year lol does the Curry rating shaft make Hoffa new favourites? That Magic matchup could be tasty

And give y'all my secret to finding good role players and underrated stars? I think not lol.

That's the secret sauce, it's the reason I'm probably going to break all types of offensive records next season. Ain't no way I'm adding to the competition needed to get my guys. Hezi already seemed to figure it out himself (or maybe that's just how he happens to evaluate players) and I hate him for it. He's not even using GP2 correctly smh.

I moved to Texas for this new job in July . That was part of the reason I couldn't work on a program to simplify the FA process for Bish like we discussed, I'm still trying to sell my house in GA now but the bank been on some bull.

Denying my mom's loan application (she was going to buy it from me at a discount and give it to my little brothers) for some made up bull reason that might as well have been, "because we're not giving loans to black people in a recession."

I'm not sure about that. They make changes in the game from year to year and clearly have some sort of script that creates the database with the stats based on NBA.com and maybe a few other tools (I still need to find out how they calculate the defensive rating then I've truly unlocked the secrets to the sim).

Of course there might be adjusting, but it's also possible this is the final version of the game anyway.

Any word on if Miles Bridges is in the game? At this point that's the main thing I'm thinking about. Can have major implications for the East (Miles alone turns 2010 from like a 45 win squad down to around 30-35).
