Daniel Brian does have some serious mic skills though. It should be a good Wrestlemania. Great call by the writers. Batista in the main event as a 1v1 was going to be terrible.

Hulk promoted WWE.com pretty well. Lucky bastard probably got paid a million to do so. Cena got more cheers than Hulk lol. Anyway, he is lame. I've been sick of his asskissing for a while now.

It also seems like the WWE Women could use more help. I remember back when I used to watch WWE/F a lot more, you had so many (off the top of my head, Trish, Stacy K, Torrie, Victoria, Lita). Now whenever I watch, they have the same "Divas" match (Bella twins Vs. AJ Lee and some other diva. I guess nobody cares because they can't do bikini matches anymore, lol.

Also, bring CM Punk back.

I agree 100%. WWE Divas are so weak now. I mean, there is no real "wrestler" like Trish or Lita or even Victoria.

Anyways, I cannot really see why DB is so famous. Maybe because of his underdog status? Can anybody really see him being the face of WWE. I'd rather give that to Punk (still hoping he'll come back) or even Ceasaro or one of the SHIELD. I want some bad ass dude holding that belt. Not some troll with a stupid chant.

Random thought, Whatever happened to Evan Bourne? He was a feisty lil bastard, a nice high flyer... Some wrestlers just dissappear out of the blue.. oh well at least we have the Brooklyn brawler, oh wait.. :-(

He's still with WWE, but no word on what their plans are with him. I know he disappeared because of an injury/failed drug tests for marijuana, but he's still employed by the WWE.

Easy. Great on the mic, gets every single person in the arena on their feet every time he comes out while doing his chant and gestures, almost always puts on the best match of the night, is technically sound, has chemistry with pretty much anyone he wrestles. The list goes on. The only reason people might not see him as the "guy" is because of his height. But CM Punk is what, an inch or so taller? I'm a huge Punk mark, but he had the title for over a year, it's time for other guys to get it, and Bryan has been on fire for a looooong time now.

And problem with other guys you mentioned: Cesaro is very good wrestler, but lacks some on the mic and doesn't get as much of a reaction yet. Aside from Reigns, who still isn't even "there" yet as a singles competitor, the other guys in that group still have a way to go to hold the top belt. Though Ambrose is definitely better than Rollins to be that guy in my eyes.

Anyway, whether you like it or not, Daniel Bryan is a Top 3 draw for the WWE right now. Better than Orton, Batista, Cesaro, any of the Shield, etc. He deserves his Wrestlemania moment.

A little overkill by Vince who used to turn a blind eye to all the rampant steroid abuse going on there. "Family values" I guess.

yup, ever since they turned PG they have been making sure not to be bad influences on the younger WWE fans; which i guess is the right thing to do but it just makes the WWE a little harder to watch. Like even now during shows if a wrestler starts bleeding you see the camera sort of put that wrestler out of the camera for a moment so that the referee can clean them up a bit

Ha, thing is, most wrestlers who worked with him hate Abdullah. Partly because he wouldn't just take beatings himself for entertainment, but did so on other wrestlers when they wouldn't talk about it, and he spread diseases I believe to other guys as well. He'd put a piece of metal under some tape on his finger and make all those cuts. Gruesome but guess it got the job done lol

If any of you guys have WWE Network, I recommend going back to Shane vs. Kurt Angle KOR 2001. One of the most brutal and entertaining matches EVER IMO.

Yeah I saw that about Abdullah. One of my favorites from that era was Ernie Ladd. Great heel.

Prediction:
- Daniel Bryan beats Triple H to get out into the main event at WM30.
- Triple H tries to help Batista win in the title match
- CM Punk comes in for the save & Daniel Bryan wins.

Yeah, that's the reason why RVD was release years ago & why Jeff Hardy isn't there, because he failed continuously.

I'm thinking he'll show up after WM. At this time, RAW is solely used for building up the storylines for the WM card. So there's really no point in bringing back Bourne unless he's booked for a Mania match or the 30 man battle royal at WM

This goes for all the other guys that have no storylines going to Mania and those who will be left off of the 30 man battle royal

On another note, looks like we're not going to have RVD or Y2J returning anytime soon for Mania. Sucks. I wanna see Y2J's entrance at a milestone WM :(

Man I hope Angle returns. The potential feuds for him are so :droop:

Angle-Bryan (Dream match)
Angle-Cesaro
Angle-Rollins

Of course that is if he's cleared to wrestle

DB has that anti-boss/"**** da man" appeal. That's why. While I don't dig it as much as others, he's pretty good.

Let's see if we get a Fatal 4 (plus Punk) at Wrestlemania.

Anyone know or remember what were the original WM plans for Bryan?

Punk was scheduled to go up against HHH, but then he left so it got scrapped and they added Bryan. And Orton vs Batista was originally a one on one matchup but no one expected Batista to get booed so heavily, so that matchup had to be turned into a triple threat to add Bryan.

So it makes me wonder, if Punk never left and Batista instead was heavily cheered, where would that have left Bryan?
