I like him but Ellington and Bullock jumpers are more consistent. I rather keep Dot bc he came in the league being a knock down shooter and doesnt need the ball one bit and has chemistry with guys who have been here.

I mean, I've moved on. Thought he was getting moved on draft night, I never expected him to play this year

But if he breaks out, it just means I can sh*tpost about Perry's teams trading away young guys just before they break out, so I'm looking forward to that. And if he doesn't, then we wouldn't've got him good anyways. Really a no lose scenario for me

Official word is TOS syndrome.

I'm fairly sure that means Howard Mass banned him.

I don't think they'd give us Isaac for him- another guy who isn't that good offensively but has shown he can be a good defender in this league. I also doubt they'd give us a first rounder for him so I'd imagine it would be Fultz or a second rounder.

At least Fultz can play the 1 or 2, I mean there was a reason he was selected with the 1st pick a few years ago. If this staff is so good at developing young talent than they should hopefully be able to bring Fultz around.

It's actually better there's a logjam in the backcourt, it could give Markelle ample time to come back slowly.

Isaac is about to go crazy this year this will never trade him for Frank. Orlando actually plays defense Frank would make them so much better (14th). Knicks were 30th but wanna trade a defender? lool

It also looks like Frank has gotten a little bigger this summer, it's conceivable he could play minutes at the 1, 2 and 3 positions. He can be a secondary ballhandler for this team on the court and cover 3 positions at the least defensively. It makes no sense to trade him now, he was a project coming into the league and everyone knew he was going to take several years to develop.

if this coaching staff prides themselves on development, they should focus on developing our own lottery talent instead of dumping them for next to nothing. I won't be happy if he's traded for a 2nd rounder or even a couple 2nd rounders.

Seems like mental problems to be honest.

He checks all the boxes. I hope he finds a way to make it through because I hate how the media is portraying him.

I'd do it.

How does that solve the issue of there not being enough minutes in the backcourt?

If Fultz is finally healthy he could be the starter. If he isn't, he's a DNP.

To me Fultz is a decent gamble. If he can get back to normal he has a ton of talent. Orlando should have to send a second rounder as well

I would just trade them DSJ for a lottery protected 1st from ORL and call it a day.

Feel like any time we say something like this, it has to have an asterisk next to it saying *if he gets his shooting consistent

You had guys like curry, harden and pg13 impressed with Frank lockdown defense ... but I guess that’s not needed to win.

MAYBE Washington, but Beal is elite.

Realistically another top 4 pick is probable. Cole Anthony SZN

My brother go take a look at the east. Knicks can make the playoffs if healthy and RJ is actually legit along with Mitch and co taking leaps. We need to play defense tho.

Defense is great and all but you can't be a total zero on offense.

Before FIBA World Cup, trading Frank would be the most inexplicable move of our offseason.
If he shows up with an improved jumper, we can even use him as starter next to EP and RJ, Knox would be the 6th man to see minutes at 3&4.
We don't have enough defenders, his value is already rock bottom. Paying Bullock, Portis and Gibson %135-150 of market value proves that his salary is not the issue. Why is the hurry?

frank seemingly didn't get better in any way in year 2 including defense. i think that's the biggest red flag.
