There are a few deals that need official resolution including the ones where we moved out Burks and Noel.

A Randle S&T would be complicated because of Base year compensation I believe. Knicks would either have to absorb one of DAL's undesirable contracts (Powell or Bertans) or have a 3rd team come in and do so whom you would imagine would want to be compensated for doing so... So you now start to see where it gets tricky lol.

If there is a player going out the best bets are Cam, Rose or Fournier with Cam being most likely because he's a smaller salary and less compensation probably involved altogether.

Most likely scenario is either 2nd round picks from NY or Dallas's side depending on who wins the leverage negotiation and Dallas generating a TPE...

So it would depend on how we structure his contract right? If it's descending, then Fournier would likely fit right? Or, on the contrary, if it's ascending then Rose would fit right?

Again the TPE route is probably 98% likely just trying to understand the rules correctly here

From what I understand to accommodate Evan, the Brunson salary would have to be descending and Dallas would have to give an additional salary (Frank would be the obvious choice).

The guys we should focus on in a S&T are either Reggie Bullock or Finney Smith. Both are defensive forwards who can hit the 3. That is exactly what we need especially if we plan to trade Randle and/or sign Melo.

We give them 2 or 3 of Randle, Fournier, Rose. And then we get an S&T Brunson along with Finney or Bullock.
