Not all is decided on yet. It looks like we're definitely drafting with '10 Rookie Class included, most likely able to draft coaches (a 13th round is added to accommodate), and probably not simming.

But like I said, not all is decided on yet.

Mavs hire "Thorn" as Assistant GM

It looks as if Mark Cuban at least made ONE smart decision last night. After hearing his Dallas Mavericks would be selecting dead-last in the BAT competition, Cuban bashed the head offices of the league then drank himself into oblivion. But before he blackedout, he signed off on a deal that would land the Mavs a new Assistant GM.

The Dallas Mavericks have announced the hiring of "Thorn" as their new Assistant GM. "Thorn" is a great asset to our organization and will prove vital in the building of our new franchise. He has an excellent understanding of the game and a similar interest in personnel to the President of Basketball Operations...swisscheeseD.

I like the hire an "Assitant GM" idea. Helps the new guys get their foot in the door for the next one. I wish i would've started out as an Asst. GM instead of jumping in this head first back in BAT 2. I got fleeced a few times. :lol:
