You're fine. SATs are not a big deal. So what if you don't get into Penn State? There are plenty of good schools for engineering. Worry less, live more.
Think of it this way. One day in the future, you're going to be dead. Everything you've ever worked for your entire life, everything you've ever know, will be gone in the blink of an eye.
Depressing, yes. But, it is also a path to freedom my brother. Your future is what you want to make it. Life is your choice to choose your own path, to do what you want. What matters is that you're happy with what you're doing, and you don't need Penn State for that. Hell, a future without a college degree wouldn't be the end of your life (although I think college is a great thing regardless of what your major or career is simply because it expands your ability to reason and view the world around you). Everything you know will end, but that is just the incentive you need. Live the life you want to live rather than worry about these things. Penn State is arbitrary when you look at the grand scheme of your life, and the fact that one day you will be dead, and you never know when that day will come. As a result, you must live life to live it, not simply to get from A to B to C to D. Be an engineer because you like the work, study because you like what you're studying.
I'll tell you about myself a bit. I used to want to be in a profession that made me great. I was obsessed with being better than the normal person, I wanted to be essentially a king amongst men. I wanted some value in my life, and I did not know what that value was, but I felt that it was out there, and if I could be great, my life would have that value, I wouldn't be wasting my life. Then I learned how foolish such a view was. I was trying to reach a destination that didn't exist. Being 'great' had no value, for all people are forgotten(eventually), and when you're dead, such value means nothing anyway. I started to live life because I like to do so, not because I thought I had somewhere I had to go. Now I go to school, I study, I work, I do these things because I want to. I like what they do to me, and I like my life. I have no goals, I have no aspirations, I just live, and I live in such a way that I am fulfilled. Where before I was driven by this thirst for something that did not exist, now I am quenched, and I can enjoy life. I love academia, I love learning and experiencing things. Where before these things were obstacles to reaching that goal I had, to being what I wanted to be, now they are what I strive for. Instead of suffering now for what I thought would be a payoff down the road, I am free and eternally happy.
Well, I hope that makes sense for you.
tl;dr Life sucks, have fun while you can. Better than suffering your entire life because you think one day it'll be worth it and you'll have fun. Love life.
That's depressing as hell lol...I'm going to keep my goals

You don't have to worry though.
