It was a bad night. We tried having sex and I just wasnt into it. So we laid there for a minute and she finally asks me whays wrong. I tried to avoid the issue but she asked me if theres another woman. I said no. She again asks whats wrong then. I realized lying would be futile so I came out and just said "baby, youre too big. Im sorry." She got quiet for a second then started crying....like a 2 year old! I tried to comfort her but she pushed me off and told me to leave. So I did. Straight up denial, and if she was so quick to call it quits without even getting to the root of the problem just because her ego got hurt then good riddance.

I guarantee that at some point, she will come crawling back asking for another shot (she's fat after all...) and offering to make changes to her body and lifestyle. If I were you, I would not give her that shot unless a detailed step-by-step plan on how to enact those changes was created and agreed upon. It's VERY easy to lose weight - much more so than gaining muscle mass - but most people are lazy, dumb, or mentally weak. Just eat clean (protein, healthy fats, no sugar), gradually cut more and more carbs out of her diet, and weight train a couple of times a week (an hour total?) along with some cardio (optional if her diet is very good). The key is getting carbs out of her diet (soda, bear, bread, rice, pasta, pastries); I recommend doing it slowly until the majority of her carbs are eliminated.

So basically she's looking at an extra hour of work a week...maybe a little more if she has to prepare food more...but she's a woman, she should be in the kitchen anyway...if she's not willing to do this and also be happy to make these changes FOR HERSELF, then I would just move on and ahead with the fit girls at the gym...
