You cant have that mentality as a player, I want him to step up and take over right now. You miss a shot well you miss a shot but you cant be scared to take the shot, he just looks scared to shoot even in the regular season, its just not his DNA to take over when his team needs him to.

I saw a Wizards fan say his problem is he waits too long tot make over until their in a whole and he absolutely has to in order to bring them back.

I don't disagree I'm just saying it's a bit unfair to just write him off like he won't be capable of getting better there in the future. I've seen the hesitations from him in the regular season last year & this year so I know what you're referring to.

If this were the Knicks one of our guys would take a dribble then shoot with 0.4 left.

If the Wizards can't beat the Raptors with Lowry on the bench then this series is over for Washington.

This is why you cant do that. You wait too long, when you have been hesitating all game, when the opportunity presents itself for you to win the game, you have no rhythm, flow or confidence to take your team home. You have to take over in the 4th quarter, whether you are up or down because you never know in this league what situation you will be in with a minute left in the game.

You see now if Pierce would've gotten the ball in the 4th there wouldn't be a OT.

He would have made the shot if he wasnt scared to shoot all game. It was a great crossover, he got a great look and he shot the ball at the perfect time.
