the album somehow lived up to the hype. I really like wolves, fade, and the new version of facts.

Ultra Lightbeam is the best song on the album.

Nah on the real tho, just listened to the whole thing front to back. The production is top-notch, but man I just can't listen to Kanye rap. To be fair though I never really liked him on the vocals, even from the College Dropout days.

First half of the album is completely skippable to me. It picks up with FML & gets way better from there. In fact, if he'd have cut the first half of the album entirely & just made it about the 2nd half this woulda been an excellent album. Note to all artists: you CAN put too many tracks on an album. Just gimme 10-12 of your best.

My faves: FML, Real Friends (had to look this up & of course it's co-produced by Havoc), 30 Hours, No More Parties. And Fade & Ultralight Beam are pretty good too.

Good/great production. Mediocre rapping. Hooks are a toss-up. I liked it a lot better than Yeezus at least.

How auto tuning still a thing anyway? :banghead:

The Life of Pablo is a very good (not great) album. It's far from trash.

Add Famous and take out 30 Hours and I'm with you in regards to this album... Ye pulled in the reins from Yeezy which is a good thing.

Serious question

Are people seriously wearing Yeezy clothes? I havent been on a train or down to the city in months, so I dont know firsthand if people are actually buying his clothes. Those clothes look like straight trash. Seriously cant tell the difference between his clothes and the clothes bums wear. Looks like clothes mass amount of people would wear in a dystopian future.

And the amount the prices are set. Jesus Christ. I wouldnt even waste $10 on most of these clothing.

His kicks are alright. I know those are popular. I can see myself rocking some of them. But the clothing? I just dont see it. Kanye even admits hes $53 million dollars in debt, and is now on twitter asking Mark Zuckerberg to invest $1 billion. Kanye is on some shyt for real.

On SNL Kanye sounded like my drunk friend ranting except his rant had a ton of auto tune on it.

Now he is asking Zuccerberg for a billion dollars. Says he is 53 million in debt and that giving to him is more important than a school in the country of Africa.

LOL Kayne Africa is not a country.
My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point. :D

This is considered baiting. This is your only warning.

EDIT: Wait...how many warnings do you already have against your record? Wow.
