For the record I've never been a Melo fan really. I'm not a big fan of ISO players (and the Suns have like 3 of them right now). I did like Melo better than LeBron as a rookie but the more I saw the way they liked to play, team ball vs hero ball, I gravitated to appreciate LeBron more.

No offense to Melo fans, it's just a personal preference. Didn't like Kobe either, but part of that might be being a Suns fan...but still too much iso play.

Edit, and yes, I am pretty well aware of how much you guys LOVE Melo around here at this point.

Well I am not a Suns fan but I hated Kobe for more than anything Raja Bell > Kobe the good old days, what a masquerade his retirement tour was fluffing his ego for the detriment of their youngsters at least Duncan showed everyone how to be a proper legend

Yes, Kobe was ridiculous. That farewell tour for one, and when he came up with the Black Mamba nickname AFTER Kill Bill 2, where they explain what a Black Mamba does in a scene before unleashing it, and then Kobe says something like "I came up with it after reading some things". It was seriously like a month after Kill Bill 2 game out.
