He's very good on the mic, gave great interviews all night and his personality came out a good deal. Had no idea he spoke French fluently- that was a surprise- and I can see him and Frankie hopefully bonding.

I like his demeanor, I think he'll grow into a leadership role very quickly.

I just can't wait for him to get to his first practice and go up against the monster that is Money Mitch.

Funny thing is I believe I heard the familiar sound

Anyways I'm happy we landed a kid who could possibly be the guy who may already be the guy, or be the guy who can actually become the guy.

Honestly I knew there was no way we were landing the 1st pick. Barret is pretty good right now. Plug him in and let everyone ball . What do they have to lose?

He better tell Mitch on his MSG show that he's his favorite teammate or he'll be on his hit list.

I'm really happy about this pick, this kid has star power written all over him. I really hope we keep all our young guys and just let them continue to develop. There's a good amount of young talent on this squad.
