You do not need to keep tanking in order to get gems. You just need to draft right and get a little lucky in the process. I'm hoping they took the hint after this draft. Tanking doesn't guarantee anything any more.
Hell, if the past draft was any indication, they could win 30 games, miss the playoffs altogether and still land a high pick.

i'm petty sure the last year is a team option. depending where he is and where we are, they might not use the option and extend him to keep him happy after 2 more. he fired the agent who negotiated that contract so he's probably not thrilled with it.

Mitchell Robinson was drafted in the 2nd round too. Like I said, you do not need to keep tanking in order to find talent.
