Well, the reality team would be worse than the young guys. But at least the young guys won't be as frustrating to watch.

It definitely could happen

another possible scenario is they just start both in a poorly fit lineup and it's a train wreck but they both get to start

Still a bunch of quick fix guys here, and that worked out terribly last decade
