he really is just a 3 and drive player and when neither is falling he looks horrible. he’s been pretty meh against good teams

Wasted a great game from Randle and a nice showing from Frank. They had no healthy guards. RJ should have dominated. He was awful tonight. Bullock was missing in action on offense as well. Payton should retire.

Thibs panicked at the end of regulation and subbed Frank. Had he stayed, this would have been a win.

It was Randle/Rose vs The Lakers and Randle/Rose were gassed by the end. F'n heartbreaking loss. R looked so bad even I would have played Frank over him down the stretch. This was a team/coach's combined loss. :nonono:

Randle looked like the better player and he didn't even have a great shooting night. AD not being a threat from 3 gives Randle the edge IMO

That 4th quarter was painful to watch. 2 players just straight up ISO, no ball movement leading to just 15 points. RJ and Bullock were shooting bricks tonight which didn't help the cause. With those 2 off and IQ and Burks out, there was 0 offense outside of ISOs

3 way right for 4th. We choked, goodnight folks. Let it fall where it should. Can’t even give Rose a rest, that’s how usleless Payton is. Then RJ and Bullock decides to give us nothing in the biggest game of the year.

The playoffs would decide who would be back next year.

yeah, i actually got into this. the clippers win had me dreaming of sweeping l.a. in the immortal words of trey's younger father in don't be a menace "give up hope. dreams are for suckers"

This loss should help US get mentally and emotionally prepared for the playoffs.
