I feel the same way. I had high expectations for him being in that role. Found comfort in his rare good performances. Unfortunately, he never put a consistent effort for long stretches. These coaches are not trying to get themselves fired. If Frank was semi decent, he would have gotten those minutes. I don’t think he put the effort.
