This is coming from somebody who wanted obi at pick 8.

His per 36 is largely extrapolated from games "when it mattered"...

You're seeing it play out exactly as projected by the data...

Teams scouting report isn’t geared toward stopping obi toppin though it’s focussed on guys like Randle, barret, etc.

If obi has an increased role next year that means teams will start drawing more attention to him and I personally want to see how he would react in this type of situation We gotta think about that before jumping to conclusions on who he is as a player

I dont believe anybodys calling obi an all star. Just saying the fact that he can drop 40 like this with ease does say something about his ability.

As for defense being geared to stop him, who else was on the team sucking up the defensive pressure today?

He'll be the coach in the wings if Johnny Bryant falters, after Thibs falters and is fired.

Knicks always have that in house candidate lurking.

Rod is and would be an excellent coach

They had 4 of their 6 guys who started the most games on the season.

i was hoping he might be tapped as an offensive coordinator but not sure if it's the right career move for him

Man i really dont trust the front office to do the right thing and get rid of Randle. IQ and Obi back to the bench next year with less than 20 minutes a game each :noway:

I never understood the Brunson obsession on this forum I've been trying to tell people for the longest time we got our future PG of the team in IQ. But everyone was telling me he a sixth man, not a PG etc..
