I still think Fournier gets moved and either IQ or Grimes are going to start next to Brunson.

I'm really interested in what he looks like with Obi, he's got some passing skills and could be a zone buster with Obi if teams go to their bread and butter against us and break out the 2-3 zone. You park him at the line and let him make reads with Obi cutting like a crackhead.

If this guy can shoot ud think it would allow Obi to do more pick & rolls and score inside, while Hart spreads the floor instead of Obi standing in the corner.

Basically Obi should be playing as more of a center on offense. He still needs to improve his shot too of course, but his strength is his athleticism and efficiency inside and we barely use it.

Either way, until Julius is gone Obi is capped at 10-20 mpg. He isnt gonna play the 5 over Hart or Sims under Thibs.

They essentially replaced Nerlens with this guy. I have a feeling he's an analytics signing and gonna show good things next year.

How about Taj Gibson? No bench unit is complete without Taj. We're talking about a Thibs team, right?

Isn't there a CBA rule that if a team signs a two year contract with a player having a second year team option they don't have any bird rights but if both years are guaranteed they do?

If so that might have an effect in the summer of 24
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

Loved him in Cleveland. I was angry we withdrew the Q.O. at his agents request (we had just re-signed Allen and drafted Mobley).

He really helps to space the floor. Sexton loved playing with him. He's an able and willing passer who can run secondary action on the perimeter. Defense is good as a backup. Okay as a starter. He is foul prone

One of my favorite signings at that number the Knicks got him on. A lot of teams had him on their short list.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Is this guy better than Nerlens Noel (who we just gave up draft capital to move).

Did the front office not learn the lesson from last year just handing out 2 year deals?

Just when I thought maybe they would be smart and give Brunson a front loaded deal that was better for long term cap space.

Knicks gonna Knick.

Yes bc he is much more of a stretch 5 than Noel...
