Thanks for that. You know, like a lot of Knicks fans, I've really been frustrated with how we just will never tank.
I'll still be a Knicks fan BUT...

I'm going to start rooting for another team that will tank and drafts some exciting young players. You know, like the one many of us wanted but just traded! LOL

I'm gonna be watchin a lot of Detroit in the coming years. I have a feeling they will get further than our middle of the road treadmill.

Think Shams said the Celtics offer JB+ for Durant but the Nets are being greedier

The Nets are purposely asking for everything under the sun because they don't want to trade him.

Dude is arguably the team MVP in the Finals only to be told he's being shopped for the dude they swept in the first round

Perfectly understandable reaction on his part tbh.

I would rather have Jaylen Brown over Mitchell.

Nets should do that deal. That would be a little awkward for me as a Jaylen Brown enthusiast and Net hater.

Time to fire up the 5 way trade machine and get Brown to Knicks, Mitchell to Celts and uh, other stuff etc to Jazz, Nets, Lakers etc

he would fit like a glove with Brunson in the back court.

As much as I like 6'1" PG's /s, he lacks athleticism, explosiveness, can't shoot well and also gets no elevation on his jump shot. He is in a bind.

UNBELIEVABLE playmaking (in college) but his height and moreso his lack of athleticism caught up with him.
I really liked the guy coming out of college as I have a soft spot for true PG's, but the warning signs were there. I would have kept him in the G League but his lack of athleticism and poor shot must have made the hawks think PASS.
