I see its:
Team Offense:
1. Balanced
2. Pace & Space
3. Perimeter Focus
4. Post Focus
5. Grind
6. Seven Seconds
But I went with balanced because I have no clue which each one does just based off the name. Pace & Space sounds like Seven Seconds to me, and is there an option that emphasizes driving the lane?
Grind sounds like it could be iso heavy, not really sure, etc.
So I went with balanced for now cause I'm not sure what the others do completely.

I am clueless myself, but wouldn’t Pace and Space involve a more motion style offense than 7 Seconds or less?

high level:
Balanced - offense does a little bit of everything and kinda leaves it up to your players skillsets.
Pace & Space - think of it as a heavy drive and kick type offense (probably best suited for a high usage break down the defense guard like you have Trae Young) - still high ball movement
Perimeter Focus - Very P&R heavy. emphasizes screens/corner 3's/and C&S
Post Focus - lot of post ups and drives to the basket, paint touches with kickouts.
Grind - Passing and ball movement heavy, slow pace, usually filters the ball to your best scorers
Seven Seconds - very high pace offense, lot of 3's lot of quick shots (very similar to pace and space but even played a more frantic pace with less passing as you are trying to get up a quick shot).
