My friend's uncle swears by Thailand, dude goes every year for the food and sex.

The sex thing would scare there. You can't tell the difference there. I guess I'm still not fully progressive.

I assume that's what you're referring to. The other thing is going out to bars would concern me. I don't want to get roofied.

I'd rather spend a few years with good health/ability than stack up the later years.

You really think that you’ll go back to work after taking time off?

Yeah, Ill have my sht paid off and live within my means. But Mrs Guano and our offspring will need me to maintain their lifestyles and needs.

Maybe I'll move out there and we can start a weed and shrooms store.

How would Mrs Guano feel about that?

Probably not a lucrative business adventure nowadays. There are too many weed stores and shrooms would land us in prison as they're still not legal.

Right idea wrong coin.

it's the safest. hard to argue that.

what's your highest conviction coin?

edit: I don't want to derail thread, so if you wanna pop it in the other thread, that'd be cool too.

Its not even close to the safest. I lost 45k when that candle dipped the lowest anybody has ever seen. I thought it was the future it damn sure ain't... wanted to get in on it before it was "too late" is what it is money comes money goes

But for it to be able to be so easily manipulated by these multi million dollar corporations (they can sell whenever they want) and create panic selling like CRAZY

Which is what happened in 2021

I was leverage trading on ByBit, had a huge contract open with a near impossible liquidation point..or so I thought

But I betcha's there's legislation being drafted on legalizing shrooms. That's next on the list. 8-)

It's alright man we're all hard wired a certain way, i think it's when folks demonize others for their consensual adult encounters is where things get dicey. I realized a long time ago that it's none of my business.

My boy's uncle is a Black veteran (i think he was in Grenada in '83?) that loves to work on cars, but his stories from Bangkok are not for the faint of heart.

Getting drugged at bars is a legit concern of mine too. Japan is on my bucket list but i have a cousin who got roofied while drinking in one of the red light districts (Shinjuku i think?). His card got wrecked

Okay ... sooooooo? What's the deal with your friend's uncle? We want the details? What's the scene like out there?

EDIT: Sooooooo ... I just went onto my youtube main page and, lo and behold, what pops up on my feed? A "Sex Tourist in Thailand" Documentary video. That just seems to me to be a little to coincidental. I mean, how TF?

Anyhow, I don't think I could handle this scene. Not my bag, man.

Neither could I man. That video is a grim reminder about how horrific sex trafficking is.

I was with my brothers and had a fantastic time. Of course we went out and ate & drank, partied. But we also explored other Islands and did Muay Thai classes. We were mostly in Phuket. The beach was whatever. If I could do it again, I would try to stay somewhere more secluded with a nicer beach. It would probably be cheaper than Phuket which is a tourist central.

The Thai massages were amazing too. And no, not that kind of massage. To get those kind of medical/sports massages in the States would run you at least $200. It was less than 30 USD over there. My back and hips miss that kind of therapy.

IMHO, you can tell lol. They are really dolled up with enchantments. A lot are sex workers and will be aggressive approaching you at clubs/bars, so you can just put 2 and 2 together.

There was a lot of what looked like Russian mail order brides with sugar daddies if that is your thing.

I felt safe over there. I wasn't worried about getting roofied or anything. Obviously still be cautious and use common sense.

All the workers there were nice. The servers, hotel reception, tour guides, housekeeping, massage therapist, everyone. I got really sentimental when I left and said goodbye to them. Some of the most kind and good-hearted people I met.

HarthorneWingo, you ever thought about moving back to Albania?

Lot of Americans have been moving there lately. My brother met some Louisiana hillbillies living there. Never thought I'd see the day lol.
